Developing a Culture of Continuous Learning for Sustainable Job Performance: TEVT Sector as Learning Organization, Pakistan.

This study explores the role of Technical Support (TS) and Leadership (LS) in enhancing Employee Performance (EP) through development a Culture Continuous Learning (CCL) Education Vocational Training (TEVT) sector southern Punjab. Data from 291 TEVT trainers were analyzed using Smart PLS4. The results show that TS LS have positive impact on CCL, leading to improved EP. Engagement (EE) moderates these effects, revealing barriers such as overwhelmed employees, limited relevance learning programs, perceived lack support recognition. To overcome challenges, organizations can provide structures like mentoring coaching. These findings emphasize importance TS, LS, CCL EP suggest further research explore additional factors for employee performance resource-constrained environments.
